Wohoo, finally a real post to one of the central themes of this blog! After a fairly filled 4th Quarter of this year I have been mainly linked only to my reviews on Gamer Unity, but now I'm back what, what the initial topics covered in this blog. After the development in December the FSK unmasked himself so wonderful, I thought, maybe I'll get the BPjM a similar statement. But unfortunately it is not for me that simple. Either the in BPjM more cautious when it comes to such requests, or, what seems also very likely at this answer, they just have a bot to respond to emails.
But first the mail that I sent on Sunday Mittab:

my name is Konrad Huber and I have some question regarding the indexing of video games. In response to the massacre of Erfurt in 2002, there were some changes in the German youth protection law. Among other things, the previously only voluntary marks the PSP for trade were binding. This arrangement will apply even today, plays with a "Platinum 18" marking Do not proceeds to minors.

summary, I come back to the same question: We have with the PSP, a system that controls the sale of video games in stores. So what Germany needs another institution, adult book even more controlled and differentiated?

The basic idea behind this mail was that the BPjM possibly blurted and admit that they, like the PM the other day, really only works as an additional instance. But so stupid but then unfortunately they were not.
The answer was as follows:

As they have noted correctly, the distribution restrictions on indexed (= harmful to minors) weiterghend games than with "Platinum 18" titles. The exact restrictions are regulated in § 15 para 1 JuSchG:

you let it melt on your tongue. Hazardous Youth Games to be treated differently than regular 18-PSP title. This suggests that they are obviously worse, and therefore must be dealt with strictly. This calls for a facepalm pic!

Now I have to respond to me just like this überegen mail. Apart from the fascinating circle justification in this mail my question to be answered not really. Whether the similar disregard for the BPjM follow-up messages as in family ministry?
